Diesel Fashion wanted to provide a better customer experience when using their garment fitting rooms. My research showed that customers don’t like to waste time trying different sizes or colors, waiting for assistants to help, and waiting again in checkout lines.
This App, installed on a touchscreen in the fitting room, lets a customer request a garment of different size or color without leaving the fitting room. The App sends the request to a shop assistant’s phone or smart watch. The assistant brings the items to the customer in the fitting room. Once the customer makes their selection they can check out using the App without waiting in a checkout line.
